We run rain hail or shine every Monday 06:27pm eastern summer time and Sunday 10:00am winter time, 40 + years and still shuffling along. All welcome, check out the info below on what to bring, in saying that, the first rule of HASH is there are NO RULES.....so bring what you want.

What To Bring
It's easy, just come to the location listed above in Future Runs and introduce yourself to the group (runners normally turn up about 10 minutes before start time) or contact the persons listed below. Bring your own refreshments, (usually two cans of beer, or a drink of your choice). Nibbles and often a bbq are provided and there is a run fee of $2.00, the first run is free.
New runners are always welcome, you don't need to be a great runner, some people prefer to walk, besides in Hash shortcutting and cheating are encouraged.
